Superior Court - Judge 8
Emily Angel Shaw is a lifelong central Indiana attorney and community advocate running for Judge of Hamilton County Superior Court 8. She currently serves as Director of Family Law Services at Kids’ Voice of Indiana, where she advocates for children and trains best interests advocates across the state. Emily has also operated her own law practice since 2014, handling family law, probate, criminal, and business matters in Indiana courts, including Hamilton County. A graduate of IU McKinney School of Law and the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy, Emily brings experience, fairness, and steady judgment to the bench. She lives in Carmel with her husband and three children.
