Delaware Township Board
Patrick, 56, has dedicated 33 years to public education and community service. Currently an administrator in Hamilton Southeastern Schools, he has spent his entire career working alongside students and families. A CAREER OF SERVICE IN EDUCATION * Taught history and sociology, and coached athletics across IPS, Pike Township and HSE school districts. * Has served as a Dean of Students at Fishers High School since 2014. * Earned his Master's of Science Degree in Secondary Education from IUPUI in 2003. * Graduated from Hanover College with a major in History, while lettering in football and track. A CHAMPION FOR INCLUSION AND ACCESSIBILITY As the parent of a young adult with Autism, advocacy is deeply personal to Patrick. He has spent over a decade breaking down barriers for students with disabilities. * Serves as the Head Coach of the Unified Track and Field team and leads the Champions Together Club with teams for bocce, corn toss and bowling. * Serves as a board member of the Unified Coaches Association of Indiana. * Volunteers with Indiana Special Olympics and has led the FHS Polar Plunge team since 2009. * Earned the 2021 Accessibility Award from the Fishers Advisory Council on Disability and the 2021 Champions Together Spirit of Unified Coach Award. * Voted HCC Unified Track Coach of the Year in 2019, 2021, 2024 by his peers. ROOTED IN FAMILY AND INDIANA VALUES * Married to his wife, Latrica, for 32 years. * Proud father of four children and two grandchildren. * A native of Michigan City and a licensed IHSAA basketball official.
